Farad Connect is designed as an access portal only. This policy reflects that limited role.

Farad Connect is a branded access platform operated by NHV LLC (or its affiliates) that provides authentication, interface, and account-management services.

Farad Technologies Group LLC (“FTG”) is the owner and steward of intellectual property, including U.S. Patent No. 11,962,710 B2.

FTG does not operate the Farad Connect portal and does not routinely receive personal information collected through the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information collected through Farad Connect’s public website and access services.

It does not apply to:

• upstream energy origination systems,
   
• patented technologies owned by FTG,
   
• third-party platforms or services linked from Farad Connect.
   

Farad Connect collects only the minimum information necessary to provide access and account-related services.
