Terms and Conditions of FARAD CONNECT

FARAD CONNECT - AN NHV LLC BRAND COMPANY

By registering for a FARAD CONNECT subscription, using the FARAD CONNECT website, and utilizing FARAD CONNECT apps, products, tools, and subscription benefits offered through the software, you expressly agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and FARAD CONNECT. Please review them carefully.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the FARAD CONNECT platform.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account username.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password, PIN, and personal security code.

• You may not spam, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, hack, or intimidate other FARAD CONNECT subscribers.
• Cross-selling, cross-promotion, or enticing existing subscribers to other organizations without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription.
• FARAD CONNECT services must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Subscribers worldwide must comply with all applicable local laws regarding conduct and acceptable behavior.

• FARAD CONNECT functions as an Enterprise Software and Information Technology Network operating within a closed ecosystem to connect individuals united by common interests.
• FARAD CONNECT operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, licensing software on a subscription basis. SaaS software is centrally hosted and accessible via web browsers or mobile devices. It may include applications for CRM, MIS, ERP, content management, and other business needs.

• FARAD CONNECT is not a broker of financial services, a bank, a financial institution, a government organization, a nonprofit organization, or a political entity.
• FARAD CONNECT is not a money services business, money transmitter, or barter exchange.

• FARAD CONNECT offers a voluntary subscription referral option but does not operate as a multi-level marketing (MLM), direct sales, or affiliate organization.
• Subscribers are under no obligation to refer others and may cancel their subscription at any time.

FARAD CONNECT IS NOT AN MLM OR AFFILIATE MARKETING ORGANIZATION

Farad Connect operates strictly as a subscription-based service that provides access to specific products, tools, and benefits as outlined in these Terms. At no point are subscribers required or obligated to purchase any additional products or services, nor are they compelled to encourage other subscribers to make purchases or engage with the platform beyond their voluntary participation. Subscribers are under no obligation to refer other users; however, should they choose to do so, Farad Connect offers a voluntary, tier-based referral program that provides rewards for referrals. This referral system is purely optional and does not influence or alter the benefits, products, or services provided to all subscribers equally. Participation in the referral program neither diminishes nor enhances the services available, and all subscribers receive equal benefits without preferential treatment. As an active subscriber, you expressly acknowledge the above terms and agree to refrain from promoting or referring to Farad Connect as a multi-level marketing (MLM) or affiliate marketing organization. Any misrepresentation of Farad Connect in this manner is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription.

• Subscriptions are offered as SaaS products, requiring monthly subscription payments. In exchange, active subscribers receive access to specific benefits and a non-exclusive license to use FARAD CONNECT software. All rights, titles, and interests in the services and software remain the property of FARAD CONNECT and its licensors.

• To activate a subscription, users pay a one-time $0.01 activation fee and a $5.95 first-month subscription fee. Subsequent monthly fees of $5.95 will be automatically billed to the payment method selected at activation.
• By activating a subscription, you consent to the automatic withdrawal of subscription fees. Subscriptions may be canceled or deactivated at any time via your account profile or the FARAD CONNECT mobile apps.

• Subscribers are eligible for an unconditional refund of activation fees ($5.95 + $0.01) within 15 calendar daysof initial registration.

• Monthly subscription fees of $5.95 may be refunded upon request within 10 calendar days of payment.

• Refunds for ADVT purchases may be requested within 3 calendar days of the purchase date.

• Refunds may be requested by emailing support@faradconnect.com.

• By subscribing, you agree to the refund timelines outlined above and waive your right to chargebacks or disputes outside these terms.

• Subscribers must maintain an active subscription to access benefits, including the FARAD CONNECT Magazine, Environmental Industry Updates, encrypted subscriber mail, Farad Tokens, and more.

• If a subscription fee is not paid, the subscription will enter a 90-day grace period. During this time, the subscription may be reactivated by paying the outstanding balance.

• Subscribers may not deposit traditional currencies into their wallet accounts. Wallet funds are generated solely through FARAD CONNECT incentive rewards.
• The Purchase ADVT Credits feature allows subscribers to:
  • Pay subscription fees.
  • Purchase Farad Tokens or content in the FARAD Expo.

• Withdrawals are limited to referral rewards, discount rebates, or proceeds from Farad Token sales. Misuse of the withdrawal function may result in account deactivation.

• Depositing funds via credit or debit card and immediately withdrawing them without using them for their intended purposes is strictly prohibited.

• Subscribers are responsible for all data, text, graphics, and media they upload or share on the FARAD CONNECT platform.
• Subscribers affirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions for all content submitted.

• FARAD CONNECT communicates updates, newsletters, and notifications to subscribers. FARAD CONNECT is not liable for communications that are unread or deleted.

• Subscribers may not hack, modify, or misrepresent FARAD CONNECT services.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications to other subscribers is prohibited and may result in subscription termination.

• Subscribers accessing FARAD CONNECT from international jurisdictions are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

• Subscribers agree to indemnify FARAD CONNECT against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:
  • Products or services listed on the platform.
  • Breach of these Terms.

• Subscribers are prohibited from issuing press releases, using FARAD CONNECT trademarks, or creating materials representing FARAD CONNECT without written permission.

• FARAD CONNECT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

By using FARAD CONNECT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
