Nick is a seasoned entrepreneur, Navy veteran, aviator, engineer, physicist, and technology innovator with over 40 years of experience spanning technology, science, finance, and business development. 

Throughout his distinguished career, he has played pivotal roles in developing groundbreaking technologies across industries including communications, security, healthcare, finance, banking, energy, artificial intelligence, aerospace, and enterprise systems.

A Commercial Pilot, Nick holds ratings in fixed-wing single and multi-engine aircraft, as well as helicopters, and is instrument-rated. His passion for aviation and technology is matched by his commitment to service and leadership.

Thierry Coup is the Chief Experiential Futurist at JOCOUP Creative, formerly SVP, Chief Creative Officer at Universal Parks and Resorts. Thierry is a top theme park influencer and an innovative filmmaker who has been leading the way to transform the themed entertainment industry by creating the most memorable immersive experiences for over 30 years.

Thierry led the design and production of many ground breaking attractions in close collaboration with world class visionaries like Steven Spielberg, J.K. Rowling, Shigeru Miyamoto, Stan Lee, Peter Jackson and Michael Bay to transform popular entertainment stories and brands into award-winning experiences.



Thierry exemplifies the inspirational designs, he constantly pushes the limits of creative boundaries. His enormous passion is expressed through his work around the globe, some of the iconic projects are: The Wizarding World of Harry Potter attractions and lands, The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash, Jurassic World VelociCoaster, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, Universal's Volcano Bay Water Theme Park, Transformers: The Ride-3D and The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man. 

Most recently, Thierry led the creation of the highly acclaimed and technology driven Super Nintendo World, featuring the world's first fully integrated augmented reality (AR) attraction and completely interactive land. His latest project, Universal's Epic Universe, will feature several original "first of its kind" designs.



Thierry's imaginative vision and impressive creativity have been honored with numerous awards and recognitions over the years. His creations have impacted the design standard for creative innovations in immersive experiences all over the entertainment industry.

The  Grangé Group is the culmination of the US  and international experience  and vision of Alain Grangé. Under his  auspices, the Grangé Group has  successfully developed and managed  various leisure lifestyle  developments around the world. The success  and explosive growth of the various  projects developed by the Grangé  Group, has earned President & CEO,  Alain Grangé, a reputation as  someone that can get things done, and done  right. 

Alain  has served as President, CEO of Cendant International Resort  Group;  President, CEO of RCI International; President CEO of Starwood  Vacation  Ownership International; President, CEO of Vistana  International and  Managing Director of Strategic Hotels & Resorts’  predecessor Geller  & Co.

Alain  was also an executive with such international  hotel groups and hotels  as Holiday Inn, Intercontinental, Grand  Metropolitan, Steingenberger,  Plaza Athénée, George V, Splendido, Savoy,  Amstel, Carlton and  Castellana hotels.

Dr. Alexander Evans is a forward thinking practicing trauma and critical care surgeon with over 20 years of experience. He is currently an associate professor of surgery and Chief of the Division of Trauma Services at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington DC.  

He is also the Co-Director of the newly formed Howard University AI Consortium bringing together the computer engineering department and the college of medicine to collaborate on projects that enhance healthcare. 

His expertise lies in both hospital administration and medical technology with a focus on the advancement of innovation to help guide the future of medicine.  He has his bachelors degree in mathematics from Oakwood University and was medically educated at University of Florida. 

His surgical training was completed at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a critical care fellowship completed at Johns Hopkins. During his residency, he acquired an MBA at the University of Illinois at Chicago and recently completed the healthcare management course at the Harvard Business School. 

He served honorably in the US Navy, rising to the level of Commander, completing tours of duty in the Middle East and Afghanistan where he was deployed along side the Marine Corp as the naval surgical specialist. As a trauma medical director, he has led several trauma centers to national accreditation for both level 1 and level 2 verifications. 

In addition to his current role, he is also the medical director of two companies, Apex Health, a telemedicine company, and HSILabs, a medical technology company advancing AI in healthcare. Dr. Evans’ current passion is to lead the way to improve healthcare for all through the use of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and technology. 

Roy W. Reid, Jr., APR, CPRC is The Trust and Performance Coach. His inspirational story of recovery and resilience is the foundation for his powerful message.

A leading authority on trust, public relations, and executive communications, he serves his clients through innovative training and coaching from his original work The Trust Transformation to help them improve their results by improving their relationships. 

Throughout his career, Roy has worked with leaders in Fortune 500® companies, major healthcare organizations, entrepreneurs, professional service firms and public-school systems to create critical communication programs and help them achieve their objectives.

Roy is an accredited public relations profession, certified public relations counselor, and a certified executive coach. Roy and his wife Kim Reid, LMHC have been married for more than 35 years and have four children.

Hunter Menning is a 2-Time National Teacher of the Year (CECU & ACCSC), a 7-Time Teacher of the Year at Full Sail University, and a 4-Time Emmy Award winner. 

Hunter is the founder of Grow Goodness and the creative force behind the company’s animation show and revolutionary book series for beginners. Hunter brings more than 25 years of experience in education, entertainment, and ministry, having taught over 25,000 students. 

As an author, musician, cartoonist, coach, and storyteller, Hunter blends deep creative insight with heartfelt ministry. He has received the Boys Town Children’s Home Community Partnership Award and has been a foster parent to 25 children. His life’s mission is to help children experience the goodness of God through media that transforms.
